Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally. We have happy customers in Canada, the United States, UK, across Europe and Australia.

How long it takes until I get my order?

It takes us 1-3 business days to process your order. After that, we ship it to you according to your chosen shipping method. The shipping time is around 5-10 business days for most countries.

Where can I track my shipment?

You should receive a shipment confirmation from us via email as soon as your order has been shipped. In that confirmation, you can find a tracking code that should direct you straight to the tracking page if your order is trackable.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day refund policy. If you are not happy with your order contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Can I make changes to my order?

We can only make changes to your order before it has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with the contact form below or at contact@flosswave.com for changes.

What should I do if my flosser stops working?

If your water flosser isn’t functioning properly, first check that it’s fully charged and that the nozzle is securely attached. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team for troubleshooting assistance.
