Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement. 

To start a request, you can contact us at contact@flosswave.com. Be sure to include your order number when submitting your request. Providing digital images with your initial request will speed up the resolution. 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 30-day guarantee on our Water Flosser, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for this guarantee you have to have used the Water Flosser at least every other day (14 separate times). If you are not happy with the results after this usage, contact us at contact@flosswave.com and request your money back. Please send video or photo proof that you have used the Water Flosser.

Returns

Unfortunately we can not accept returns as our products are categorized as personal care goods. But if you are not happy with your order, you can contact us at contact@flosswave.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Cancellations

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

For any refunds made, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
